1. WHAT ARE YOUR
HOURS OF BUSINESS?
Aurora Body Works hours
of business are Monday through Thursday 8.OOam to 5:OOpm, and Friday
8:OOam to 4:00pm.

WHERE IS YOUR SHOP LOCATED?
Aurora
Body Works is conveniently located in Central Stockton, between 1-5
and 99 off of the Cross-town Freeway, on the corner of North Aurora
Street and East Fremont Street. Our business address is 446 N. Aurora

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT OR ATM CARDS?
Approximately
95% of our work is performed for insurance companies. As a result, we
do not accept credit cards or ATM. Please call us for further
information.
4.
WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES DO YOU REPAIR?
We
repair 1990 models and later foreign and domestic cars, pick-ups,
vans, SUV's and trucks. Some older and or specialty vehicles may not
be repaired. Call us for more information.
5.
DO YOU PROVIDE RENTAL CARS WHILE MY VEHICLE IS BEING REPAIRED?
We
will be very happy to assist you in finding a rental car while your
vehicle is under repair. We have special arrangements with
Enterprise and Hertz. However, we do not operate a "loaner
car" program, or pay for rental cars.

DO YOU PROVIDE RIDES HOME OR TO THE OFFICE WHEN I DROP OF
MY VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS?
We
do provide rides home and to your office when you bring
your vehicle in for repairs. In addition, our
rental car companies will pick you up at our facility.
We also provide towing. We offer free pickup and delivery.
7.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE?
Repair
times vary from vehicle to vehicle. Generally, a repair estimate is
written and parts are ordered before your vehicle arrives at the
shop. Upon drop-off, repairs begin immediately on vehicles with
insurance clearance and parts available. Disassembly will show any
"hidden" damage, which is handled as a supplement to the
insurance company. After the body works is completed, painting
begins, followed by reassembly, and if necessary road testing.
Finally, the vehicle is cleaned before returned to the owner.
8.
DO YOU WAIVE DEDUCTIBLES?
Deductibles
cannot be waived. To waive a deductible means to prepare an
estimate charging for work not performed. This is illegal, and
never done.
9.
DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?
Aurora
Body Works guarantees our body work for as long as you own your

10.
DO YOU HAVE TOWING AVAILABLE?
YES.
We do have towing available. We can make arrangements to tow from
any tow companies' storage lot. Also, we will tow your vehicle
from your home at no cost to you the owner.
